1. Introduction

Welcome to PromptBits (“PromptBits”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a product operated by Crafted Visionz Studio.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

  • the PromptBits website,
  • web application,
  • browser extension,
  • APIs,
  • and related services.

By accessing or using PromptBits, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use PromptBits.

By using the service, you confirm that:

  • you meet the applicable age requirement,
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms,
  • and you will comply with all applicable laws.

3. Accounts & Authentication

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

PromptBits uses passwordless OTP-based authentication.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining access to your email account,
  • ensuring account information remains accurate,
  • and all activity occurring under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Description of the Service

PromptBits is a prompt management and productivity platform that allows users to:

  • save and organize prompts,
  • create reusable prompt templates,
  • manage variables,
  • access prompts through browser extensions,
  • and interact with AI-powered workflows and integrations.

Features may evolve over time.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

5. Browser Extension

The PromptBits browser extension is intended to provide quick access to saved prompts and related functionality.

The extension currently:

  • does not monitor browsing history,
  • does not track website activity,
  • does not collect page content,
  • and does not monitor keystrokes.

Extension functionality may change over time as features evolve.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, templates, text, and other content you create or upload to PromptBits (“User Content”).

By using the service, you grant PromptBits a limited license to:

  • host,
  • store,
  • process,
  • display,
  • and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

We do not claim ownership of your prompts or content.

7. Team Workspaces

If you use PromptBits within a team or workspace environment:

  • shared prompts and workspace content may be accessible to workspace administrators,
  • deleting your individual account may not automatically remove shared workspace content,
  • workspace owners may retain access to team-related materials.

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share content within workspaces.

8. AI Providers & Third-Party Services

PromptBits may integrate with or utilize third-party AI providers and infrastructure services, including:

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Google

Your use of AI-powered features may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • third-party services,
  • provider outages,
  • generated outputs,
  • or external platform behavior.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PromptBits for:

  • unlawful activities,
  • spam or phishing,
  • malware generation or distribution,
  • harassment or abuse,
  • unauthorized access attempts,
  • intellectual property infringement,
  • scraping or automated abuse,
  • harmful or deceptive AI usage,
  • reverse engineering the platform,
  • or violating applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abusive or harmful behavior.

10. Subscription Plans & Billing

PromptBits offers both free and paid subscription plans.

Paid subscriptions may include:

  • additional features,
  • increased limits,
  • team functionality,
  • or priority access.

11. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including:

  • Dodo Payments

We do not directly store complete payment card information.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing based on your selected plan.

12. Refund Policy

We currently offer a 7-day refund window for eligible paid subscriptions.

Refund eligibility may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, or excessive misuse.

13. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will typically take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • violate these Terms,
  • create security risks,
  • abuse the platform,
  • or harm other users or infrastructure.

14. Availability & Service Changes

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

PromptBits may:

  • experience downtime,
  • undergo maintenance,
  • change features,
  • or discontinue functionality without prior notice.

15. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the PromptBits platform, excluding User Content, remain the property of Crafted Visionz Studio and its licensors.

This includes:

  • branding,
  • software,
  • design,
  • interface elements,
  • and proprietary technology.

You may not:

  • copy,
  • resell,
  • reverse engineer,
  • distribute,
  • or exploit the platform beyond permitted use.

16. Privacy

Your use of PromptBits is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

PromptBits is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including:

  • merchantability,
  • fitness for a particular purpose,
  • non-infringement,
  • availability,
  • or reliability of generated outputs.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the service will always be uninterrupted,
  • outputs will be accurate,
  • or AI-generated results will meet expectations.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafted Visionz Studio and PromptBits shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,
  • lost profits,
  • data loss,
  • business interruption,
  • or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PromptBits during the 12 months preceding the claim.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crafted Visionz Studio, PromptBits, affiliates, and personnel from claims arising out of:

  • your use of the service,
  • your content,
  • violation of these Terms,
  • or infringement of third-party rights.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of PromptBits after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
